1. Why are you wanting to get Coaching?

Most people have a simple answer, to “Make more money.” That’s fine, but it’s not enough! How will the money benefit you, your family, your business? What will you use the money for? All things worth talking about with your coach.

2. Have you invested in coaching before?

There’s nothing wrong with “shopping” for a coach to make sure you get a good fit for you and your business. Yet if you’ve tried a few different coaches in the past and they haven’t “worked out,” I may ask you some tough questions to make sure you and I will be able to work together and make progress.

3. Last coach not so good? What’s different this time?

Remember, a coach does NOT do the work for you! I want to be sure you have proper expectations about what you will get (and I will give) in our coaching experience and relationship. If you are trying coaching – again – let’s both be sure we understand our roles in the process. Something to talk about right up front, for sure.

4. What are you top three goals you want to accomplish with Coaching?

Again… it’s all about the expectations and goals. Be honest with me and yourself. You can’t expect a 500% ROI on your coaching investment (at least not right away).

What have you tried in the past? What’s worked and what hasn’t? Let’s build on the good and dump the rest. Setting good goals is a big part of coaching. I’ll do my part – you’ll have your part, too.
